Stitch Count Explained – Custom Embroidery

• Small Logo: (5,000 stitches, 1 colour) Takes around 4–5 minutes to complete.

• Small Green square logo 6350 stitches – 7 minutes on a machine

• Large Crest Logo: (many colours, high stitch count)  Takes up to 30 minutes to complete.

• Hoop School 22500 stitches – 27 minutes on a machine

How This Affects Pricing?

We price our embroidery based on the time it takes to produce your design, which is largely determined by the stitch count. In simple terms, a small logo with fewer stitches will take less time to embroider and will therefore cost less than a highly detailed design with multiple colours and a higher stitch count. This fair and transparent approach ensures you only pay for the time, skill, and materials needed to bring your design to life at the highest quality. If you’re planning embroidery for uniforms, workwear, team apparel, or promotional items, it’s helpful to keep this in mind when choosing your design. Simpler logos with clean lines and fewer colour changes are faster to produce and more budget-friendly, making them ideal for large orders. Our set up costs are as follows:

New Customer – Logo provided as hi-res quality, ready for digitization.

• Embroidery €30 plus vat
• Print €30 plus vat.

***Unusable low quality logo will need recreation by a graphic designer, will incur an additional cost on top of this once off set up charge*** We will give you a quote on this prior to making a decision. For basic text print there is no charge. These are one off charges – once your artwork does not change it can be reused on all future orders.
